Mrs Annie E. Ramsay Mrs Annie E. Ramsay, 71 years old, died yesterday morning at 938 W. Franklin St, where she had made her home for more than half a century. Death was due to a complication of diseases. She had been an invalid for the last 8 years, suffering from a dislocated shoulder and dislocated hip, teh result of an accident.

Born in Montgomery County, Mrs. Ramsay was the daughter of Doctor and Mrs Philemon Smith.

She came to Baltimore with her parents when she was 16 years old. She was teh oldest living member of the Fayette Street Methodist Episcopal Church. Her husband, the late Charles Z. R. Ramsay, was a well known Methodist preacher and was for many years choir leader at Fayette Street Methodist Episcopal Church.

Mrs. Ramsay is survived by three sons, Henry Clay, Philemon Alesander and Werdebaugh Ramsay. Twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild also survice. Internment in Wedstern Cemetery.

Baltimore Official Absconds. Baltimore, Md., March 3.
It became known that Luther M. Ramsay, cashier of the superior court, had disappeared suddenly from his office in the court house, and that about the same time that his absence was noted it was found that his accounts were short to the extent of about $4000,
as nearly as the court officials are able to estimate it. The police department was notified of Ramsay's sudden disappearance by Robert Ogle, clerk of the superior court, and Detective Mark Hagan, of the local force, went to Washington where it was rumored
that Ramsay had gone.
